For the first five semesters of your medical training you will study on Saba Island. For semesters six to ten you will return to the U.S. for clinicals. and then place into a residency position.
Saba University has three intakes (January, May and September) per year to provide students with the flexibility to start the program at a time that suits them. Our fees are comparatively more affordable than North American medical schools, but our curriculum is of the same quality as attested to by our accreditation from Accreditation Organization for the Netherlands and Flanders (NVAO), as well as our students performance on key licensing exams. This body uses similar standards to bodies that accredit medical schools in the US and Canada.

*Taking the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) is required for all applicants who are U.S. citizens, nationals, or permanent residents.
*English Proficiency - Since English is the language of instruction at Saba, it is important that applicants be prepared academically to pursue the curriculum and also be able to communicate well.
