T he Financial Management program at CDI College will give you the financial training needed to understand practical accounting and management.

Financial Management Program Focus

The objective of this program is to provide you with hands-on training in the key areas of financial management and will teach you how to implement and operate a computerized accounting system.   The finance courses will also teach you about personal financial planning and taxation.

The Financial Management program also include learning Payroll Fundamentals 1 and 2 such as calculating regular payroll, termination payment, record of employment, and remittances to federal and provincial governments.

You will also learn about business law as it pertains to the Quebec legal system and the legal implications of business transactions.

Graduates of the Financial Management program can apply to the Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification from the Canadian Payroll Association. Gain an in-depth understanding of the legislative requirements to keep your company compliant throughout the annual payroll cycle.

This program is offered in English or French.
