The Culinary School of LaSalle College Vancouver offers the Culinary Arts & Restaurant Ownership Advanced Diploma program that is ideal for those wishing to pursue their entrepreneurial dream.
Beginning with having the opportunity to learn the basic culinary skills, students progress to advanced food techniques, garnishing, and presentation. Students are introduced to specialty products and produce, in addition to the various cuisines such as International, Asian and Classical French.
In addition to building on a solid foundation in the culinary and baking and pastry arts, students have the opportunity to develop managerial and leadership skills.
As part of the practical training received in the program, students work in the student-run, on-campus restaurant.
