About the Accounting and Payroll Administrator Program

The payroll courses are approved by the National Payroll Institute (NPI), and upon successful completion you will be eligible to earn your Payroll Compliance Practitioner Certification.  The payroll courses will provide you with skills and knowledge in areas such as payroll compliance legislation with respect to the Canada Pension Plan, Employment Insurance and the Income Tax Act.

The accounting courses will teach you how to:

  • Correctly post payroll entries
  • Conduct proper bookkeeping procedures
  • Maintain proper accounting records
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements
