TD Scholarships for Community Leadership are awarded to students in their last year of high school or CEGEP (in Quebec) who have demonstrated leadership in improving their community.
The video game and interactive media field is a multi-billion dollar industry and is now larger than the film industry. Canada’s video game industry is the third largest in the world and Ontario is quickly becoming a game development hub. The video gaming industry continues to grow, making video game designers and developers in high demand.
Students in the Video Game Design and Development will have the opportunity to learn:
The industry leading Video Game Design and Development program at triOS College prepares students to enter the gaming industry as Quality Assurance Game Testers, 2D/3D Game Programmers, Mobile Game Programmers, AI Programmer and Level Designers just to name a few.
Students have the option to compete the diploma only program, or to complete the diploma plus an internship. Students receive a custom 3D-capable, M17x Alienware laptop, Adobe Creative Suite software and will develop eight gaming portfolio projects.
