About Visual College of Art and Design

Visual College of Art and Design (VCAD) is an art and design school in Vancouver that has taught artists and imaginative people to follow their creative passions for more than 35 years. This school provides a well-rounded education in fields such as fashion design, marketing and merchandizing for fashion, graphic design, interior design, web design and 3D modeling animation art and design.

Students at VCAD's Art and Design School learn in an atmosphere that nurtures their imagination while they build marketable skills needed to succeed in the creative world. Innovative leaders in the field teach all programs and the curriculum is designed with industry input to ensure that students graduate with skill sets employers demand.

Throughout their programs, students work on assembling a robust portfolio that can be used in pursuit of work after graduation.

You will learn to use the tools you’ll work with in industry, including Adobe Creative Suite and depending on the program of choice, MAYA and AUTOCad,
