SJVC’s Business Office Administration Certificate or Associate Degree programs teach office procedures and skills that include courses in essential business concepts, business accounting fundamentals, the basic elements of marketing, human resources, business communication and social media. Students have the option of taking the Business Office Administration courses at any of the California campuses or online.

Our Surgical Technology program teaches the theory and application of sterile techniques. Courses and instruction include an extensive clinical rotation to give you hands-on experience in a surgical environment. Upon graduation you will earn an Associate of Science Degree, CPR, HIPAA, and Blood Borne Pathogens certifications and will be eligible to sit for the Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) National Certification Exam.
SJVC’s Veterinary Technology Certificate program gives you the skills needed to help animals when they need it most. Comprehensive training includes all areas of animal patient care, from lab tests to radiology procedures to surgical assisting. The curriculum also covers communication skills involving pet owner education and counseling for the care of sick animals. The Aviation Maintenance Technology (AMT) program prepares you with the skills and technical knowledge you need to be able to work on aircraft airframe (body) and powerplant (engine) and focuses on preparing you for certification as an Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic.
