TD Scholarships for Community Leadership are awarded to students in their last year of high school or CEGEP (in Quebec) who have demonstrated leadership in improving their community.
Students enrolled in a diploma program at a hospitality college learn to manage the business aspect as well as the valuable human resources aspect. A hospitality management school also teaches students how to provide impeccable customer service so guests will have an experience they will remember and recommend to others.
The Hospitality Business Management program at CDI College introduces students to all aspects of food and beverage operations that include the planning, management and delivery of dining services such as banquets and catering operations. Students are also taught how to implement marketing strategies to marketing the services of hotels and resorts.
This program also includes a practicum placement that enables students to gain on-the-job experience before graduation.
Graduates can find work locally and abroad in restaurants and hotels as managers, supervisors and other key hospitality management positions.
