TD Scholarships for Community Leadership are awarded to students in their last year of high school or CEGEP (in Quebec) who have demonstrated leadership in improving their community.
Certified Health Information Management (HIM) professionals are in high demand due to changes to the health care system which are creating new career opportunities in a variety of health care settings.
Courses in the HIM Program Include:
Practicum Placements – You will participate in two practical placements where you will be able to apply learned theory while working in a health care agency.
Westervelt College’s Health Information Management program is recognized by the Canadian College of Health Information Management and the Canadian Health Information Management Association (CHIMA).
