TD Scholarships for Community Leadership are awarded to students in their last year of high school or CEGEP (in Quebec) who have demonstrated leadership in improving their community.

As a Personal Care Attendant, also known as a Health Care Aide, Home Care Worker, Home Care Aide, Personal Support Worker (PSW) or Health Care Assistant, you will provide support to the elderly, disabled or those recovering from illness or injury. Your role will be to assist clients with daily routines such as personal hygiene, dressing, monitoring medication intake, preparing light meals and feeding and running errands.
The Continuing Care Assistant program at Eastern College is approved by the Health Association of Nova Scotia CCA Program Advisory Committee and will provide you with the skills required to meet provincial standards.
