If you’re currently responsible for processing payroll, do not have formal payroll training and are not certified, you may wonder if you should take the time to do so.
The Business Communication Management program is divided into two, four-week modules.
Module one focuses on business communication skills, such as making presentations, taking part in meetings, negotiating, telephoning, and using English in social situations.
In the second module, students will learn business documentation skills and essential workforce entry skills. Students will also gain skills for effective presentations: design, content and oral presentation. Students will apply the skills and knowledge gained to a variety of projects. Students also have the option to choose two Business courses that will build upon the basic business skills acquired.
