Bow Valley College (BVC), a public community college in Calgary and established in 1965, serves almost 14,000 full-time and part-time students at its main campus in downtown Calgary and at its locations across southern Alberta.
Bow Valley College offers a variety of diploma programs in Business, Healthcare, Human Services, Justice and Creative Technologies. BVC also offers high-school upgrading in English, Math, Science, Social Studies, GED preparation and testing and Literacy, Numeracy and Essential Skills Programs designed for adults who are returning to learning.
Many courses and diploma programs are offered are also offered online. Certificate Programs can all be completed within 1 year (30 weeks / 2 semesters).
